Recovery complete?, back up to 10k πŸ˜πŸ‘

Inspired by yesterday's successful and relatively speedy 5k and feeling good I went out again this afternoon.

I meant to go slightly longer, maybe 6 or 7 so started off at a slower pace but felt good all the way (or at least until the last half km when the legs went a bit) and carried on to 10k.

Really happy to be back up to this distance after the last month and looking forward now to the rest of the running summer.

Run happy, run safe.
