So after having to ease up on the running due to ham string problems since February, I have been building up my running over the last few weeks running 3K and 5K's. I ran a 7K a week ago and this week successfully completed a 10K and to top it off it was a PB for me. Running is such a great boost for your self esteem and has helped me lose 4 and a half stone over the past year. When I say anyone can run πββοΈ its true. Its hard work at first but as I lost the weight it became easier and more addictive. So just keep running πββοΈ and see your fitness and self esteem build. πͺ
