Well...i wont be running anywhere anytime soon...very poorly over here but now i can see why saturday's parkrun was such a disaster!!!

I dont have to work today so am taking the opportunity to rest...or as much asi can do with a bouncy 4 year old in the mix!!!

So so sorry for you, Claire. Have you seen a doctor? If it's your chest infection, you should really be careful. I wish I could send you some magic potion. I'm repeating myself but essential oils are very effective for respiratory infections. I'm going for a run later in the day; hopefully, some good vibrations will reach you. Take care of yourself (bouncy 4 year-old can be tiring but also cheering you up :-). xx

Thankyou 😊 i dont think its an infection...just a virus but i am stuck in a vicious circle of stress at the moment & it never seems to clear up properly!!!enjoy your run 😊

Didn't go for the run yesterday as no time in the end but shooting off this morning. How are you doing today? Hope you get some sleep as it is the most important to recover and perhaps get on vitamin C to boost your immune system. I wish I could send you some oils just for you to try. Big hug xx

When a virus is already ongoing vitamin's aren't going to cut it, vitamins are in the food eaten anyway if on a nourishing diet..

I often find that an overdose of vitamine C really helps ( only with C though as the body will get rid of the surplus )

So sorry to hear you are under the weather still. Take some much needed time to rest and allow your body to heal. If you haven't visited your doctor yet, it may be worthwhile. I know you're under an insurmountable amount of stress, but you've been ill for quite a while now. Sending positive, healing vibes your way 😊

Ah bless you...you are lovely 😊 its so diffucult to know what to do...work is a must at the moment...but i only have one job today...school holidays too which means my little one is about.i wont be running any time soon that is for sure!!!

I aparently have a virus and a temperature and I thought I was just hot due to the weather. I only found out on taking my little girl to docs as she was poorly. ! I had to admit I wiped out and just did two short 40 min runs this week just wasn't feeling it. Maybe that's why. My question: should I still run was gonna do my long run this weekend?
