The weather forecast is for dryer but colder weather over the next few days, next Wednesday I am going to gradually increase by 1K a week to run 10K by the end of March, if there is a Quest post, that's what mine will be. π ππΎ
You can't go wrong with C25K can you, although I was a Michael Johnson baby. When I redid c25k last year I was gutted to discover he wasn't a coach on the app any longer.But Laura will do you just fine. Good luck for the next run- inside or outside
