Yaaay back to 10k

I let my running slide last year. And I got flabby and lazy. I started again at week four of c25k just before Christmas to try and get my fitness back up. I have been having a lovely time building back up over the last few weeks. The other day I ran an accidental 10k having aimed for a 7k - I wondered why my legs felt particularly heavy at the end! I've done between 7 and 11k runs most days since. Today I ran 7k on a hangover. My legs were heavy for a whole different reason 🤔

Anyway - admin would it be ok for me to get the graduate badge? Thanks 😁
