Hi. Has anyone else been listening to these podcasts on Audible.com ? George Lamb is doing the London marathon (has never done a marathon before) and is being coached by Mo Farah and Joe Wicks (16 week build up). They have lots of stuff about running generally as well as marathons. Really enjoyable and interesting.
