Yay!! Ran 5.5 km at a very steady (slow) pace! I even conquered those hills (slowly 🤣) very chuffed that I managed to cover a decent distance today though xx

Well done Catbee! And excellent achievement on those hills.

I’m on WK5 and hope to start with a 4K run today. So the sun is shining and it’s a bit frosty so I think an ideal time to get out.
