Well well well, im sure its only temporary but today felt like spring had arrived in the North East.
After a morning beginning to sort the garden out I headed out wearing one of my new summer running tops.
I am still confined to the village as the country tracks are all basically flooded but this felt like a good run, the asthma was under control and my pace very even (all my splits were between 6.42 mins and 6.45.)
One of the good ones so I will try upping the distance again on Tuesday.
Run happy, run safe.

Looks kinda like a t-rex . Glad you banked a good run and in a summer top. I thought on my last run that a single layer may be worn on my next run especially as it has been in the double digits. Gonna miss my running tops for the practicality of having pockets though and my running hat for keeping my headphone on hehe.
