So today my program told me 6.5 miles fast pace (11.45)
Was a bit nervous of this again as I know from previous that it’s quite tough but I went for it
I wasn’t wrong it was tough but I nailed it, 11.07 average and numerous personal bests to boot
2 rest days now with a 3 miler on Friday and 11 on Saturday which will be my longest run to date

Brilliant, well done! I see you are rocking ALL the neon shades to boot...
Saturday should be fun! Do you have a route worked out?

Thanks Helen, in my head I have a route planned out though I haven't measured the route BUT it's a route that I can add to quite easily if required
