So today my program told me 6.5 miles fast pace (11.45)

Was a bit nervous of this again as I know from previous that it’s quite tough but I went for it

I wasn’t wrong it was tough but I nailed it, 11.07 average and numerous personal bests to boot

2 rest days now with a 3 miler on Friday and 11 on Saturday which will be my longest run to date

Thanks Helen, in my head I have a route planned out though I haven't measured the route BUT it's a route that I can add to quite easily if required

yes, I set an aisics plan for half marathon and so far so good though the time of 2.32 still seems a bit challenging but time will tell
