Amazed, chuffed etc, I've only gone and run a half marathon folks 😁

So I planned a longer one today, secretly I was hoping to get to the magic distance but was fully expecting to have to stop short of it. However despite the heat I found a steady and comfortable pace early and up to 15k was feeling ok. The last 6k were very tough and by the end my legs were just about gone but I managed to stagger over the line.

8 months after starting Couch to 5k I am a very happy and proud runner.

I said it at 10k and again at 15k but that really is it as far as distance is concerned.
