Hi everyone. Have completed the first week of Ju-Ju’s 10 is the magic number, and today was a run day, so thought I would try the 3km and go gently into week two. Buuuut after starting with a few intervals I thought that since I was doing so well, I’d try for the 6km and run round the square. That necessitated quite a steep climb on the second leg, so I had to slow to a walk a couple of times, but meant that my last two kilometres were downhill! What a joy that was and before I knew it I was back at my own front door having completed 6, yes 6 whole kilometres! The fact that on the way I covered part of my original c25k route and ran it without a bit of bother says a lot about how effective this training programme is. Thanks @ju-ju for the plan, it is definitely working!!
Thanks Ju-Ju- ! 6km done and done!! - Bridge to 10K

Thanks, Hidden ! Sounds like you’re making great progress too. I hear what you say about the hills - I will have to include some hill running but up until I completed the 6k I’m afraid to say that I was afraid of them, lol!
