Well I did it ! Ran 3k with only one little stop, just to blow me nose as the cold and biting wind started the taps in my nose to run.hee!🤧🤧
At the moment we haven’t got any snow yet,but it is very cold and icy in places. However this mornings run was delicious! Glorious sunshine, newly born lambs in the field with their mums, and still we have snowdrops and now there are daffy peeking through so spring looks as if it’s on its way yippee !
I have gone back to km’s its so much easier and hubby and I weigh ourselves in kg.
Anyway happy running all and take care in the snow!❄️☃️
Flick this bit is for you I managed to upload this, with your advice......so easy thanks Flick

I am currently watching a snowy blizzard outside my window Glad I ran this morning too
Very, very well done you... your run sounds lovely
Hi Oldfloss! many thanks.Yes I did say spring didn’t I ? Don’t know what happened as like you we are having snow,at the moment it’s quite light but I expect we shall awake to more snow in the morning.
Anyway it is indeed a lovely place where we live. Very hilly, lots of fields etc and the views whatever the weather are beautiful.
This morning on my run I disturbed a pheasant in that was in the hedgerow, anyway it flew right out in front of me,gave me such a fright I just started to laugh hysterically, out loud hee! hee! Picture! “ one looney hysterical laughing out load 60 year old woman”. Anyway I imagine I disturbed it’s sleep or breakfast !
I’m not at work till Thursday (on AL till then) . If it snows really bad before then I won’t get there as we just get snowed in! .
Anyhoo! Happy running (if you can) and take care in the blizzard❄️❄️☃️
