Just signed up to the website and wondered if anyone does the runs in Wiltshire, looking at the Southwick one as it's circular so that appeals to me.

Careful with the circular ones, you can end up with one leg shorter and a bit dizzy.

If I alternate it, clockwise one week and anti-clockwise the next will this solve that problem?

They all go round in a lap or laps one way or the other, it's worth giving Southwick a go, they're all worth trying if only once..😊
