I managed to run 6.4km/4miles. Had a couple of stops mind you as it’s hilly, but even so managed to conquer some of those hilly bits. Also it was a bit icy in places.❄️❄️
Anyway it’s been a good morning and I’m starting to feel a lot stronger in places.
However I still have the slight tightness in my chest on breathing and wondered if it’s the onset of asthma. I know it’s not my heart so no worries there. As soon as I get in doors or if I stop for a wee while I start to cough cough cough! Advice please!
Anyway have a great weekend, happy running and come on Wales!!🏈🏈 😀😀
Thanks Flick! Sadly Wales lost as you know but Scotland won ! So as I’m half Scots I was still happy so I still jumped up and down with great delight (well my top half jumped but my legs stayed still hee hee!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and be careful as it’s reall frosty and icey this morning! ❄️just come back in with our furry children (2labs) Jack and Myfi.
Happy running🏃♀️😀😀

At least it remained with the Celts! And if you're going to jump up and down, shouldn't you be wearing your running bra
Frosty here too. I'm not running till tomorrow, and if it's still icy I shall drag out the treadmill. xx
