Nice steady 5k after work

Well the twinge in the knee that kept me in last night was gone but I didn't want to risk trying a longer run so trotted out a nice steady 5k in what turned out to be a pleasant early spring evening with mist hanging around on the fields and even a hooting Tawny Owl in the distance.

Run happy, run safe.

Good work getting back on it after the twingey legs. My calves have been quite achey since my last run, so I also postponed my run tonight which is really hard as I wasn't quite sure what to do with myself with no run to do lol. Glad it went well for you :)
