Pre work 5k

Good morning all! Well, I dragged myself out of bed for a run before work, and did an enjoyable 5k. Overcast but still fairly warm with the odd spot of rain. I wore my big over the ear headphones to keep my glasses in place, but didn’t go with Coach B today, just some music. The sound is brilliant on them, but they can get a bit hot especially later in the day or if the sun’s beating down.

All stretched, now for a shower, then off to the place that pays for my running gear! Have a smashing day everyone 😊😊😊.

Lol I have to say I surprised myself! I’ve tried too many times to go after work, and it just doesn’t happen - I get home, and once I sit down wild horses 🐎 couldn’t drag me back out 😊.

I’m similar, I really thought I had it sorted today then the optician phoned to say my new glasses were in, I’ve been waiting 2 months for them and living in a very blurry world squinting at the work computer so off we went to get them instead
