Tomorrow morning I am going out for my first interval training run. I was just about to go to bed when I suddenly thought, I don't know how to track this. I normally use runkeeper to track my runs but can I do intervals of minutes on this?
What does anyone else use?

I use Runkeeper as well. They have some preset interval workouts if you click on the workout box on the start screen and choose "beginner workouts". There is an intro to intervals, short bursts, and Ramp up & taper as preset workouts. If there is something specific you want to do, you can click "custom" in the workout box and enter whatever you would like to do. I've entered in ju-ju's 30-20-10 workout she referred to but haven't tried it yet. You can set it up to repeat as many times as you like, but remember it is how many more times you want to repeat not the total number of times. Previously, I have messed this up and have gone much longer than planned , doing an extra interval set .... whoops🙃
