So, a sufficiency of you came forth to form a quorum, so, without further ado, let's do this thang.
The concept of the challenge is laid out here it terms both oblique and opaque. Confused? you will be, as they used to say on Rhoda.

To be pedantic, it was on 'Soap', American parody of soap operas (probably aired in the same era as Rhoda, late 70s to maybe early 80s). Sorry.
I have a question re push ups Rignold. If you do them with your feet extended on a cushioned chair, do you get the same benefit as on the floor with toes flexed underneath?
I've never been able to get a straight answer to this. Basically, no way can I do regular ones without breaking my toe bones, so putting my feet on a chair is how I do them. I start from a horizontal position instead of the upward slant of a floor position but then it is actually a deeper dip down than on the floor is my thinking?
But - does it have the same effect?
I use to love Rhoda! And that dippy doorman. Was it Carl? Yikes didn't know my memory would have retained that π And Joe was her BF. Happy days.
Carlton!!! Yes you're right. We never saw him did we? Just, "this is Carlton your doorman" π We were easily pleased in those days π
