Well I managed to up my 50 mile challenge to 75 and even beat that so I am looking forward to my medal, ice towel, running belt etc coming in the post.๐
This next month I am looking to do the 100 mile challenge with a bit of power walking thrown in and hopefully a little bit of running at the end of the month. I still get the occasional twinge when I move in a slightly different direction but can now stand on tiptoes for quite some time and also I have forgotten and run upstairs gently without any pain so I am very hopeful. But I am still resisting pushing myself too soon. Iโd sooner wait the couple of weeks longer than set myself back again.
So last week of September watch this space as I am aiming to be back in C25k and puffing along in my way to fitness again.
