Not going to get out as planned tonight so that is my January running done. 14 runs, 61 km covered and a new personal best distance of 7k. Bring on February and that 10k.

I am definitely addicted!!! Wouldn't normally say proud but actually when I think back to where I was at the start of October I am a bit!!

Looks like we are on a very similar journey. For me 14 runs, personal best distance of 7km and 65.5km total distance. I plan to join the next ju-ju- Bridge to 10k starting 16th Feb.
