Sorry to hear this Lorna, have you been told to do non impact exercise only for a month?

I hope this sorts out your pain, how about swimming and yoga for a change.

Take care😊x

Thank JNR... Yep non impact - so lots of core work, on the cycle only in the gym for a couple of weeks and I'm doing a proper one on one pilates class once a week too. Might get my bike out if it ever stops raining too. x
