This was my run (and me) this morning. It was my last run of week 2 of 10 is the magic number. I use the term 'week' very loosely 😊

Week 3 will have to wait, as I am skiing next week and have also been working on my ski fitness πŸ˜€

What a gorgeous riverside run. I wish I had the inclination to do more daylight runs, but the dark suits my thinking process I find.

You want to try snowboarding though, put all those squats to good use and help strengthen the glutes and calves for running. Skiing is all onepieces and all the hip nonsense will wreck your running form :P

Too old for snowboarding! My daughters have done it - one is hooked on it after getting to a good level of skiing - she prefers the comfier snowboarding boots! However I don't want to spend all my time on the snow on my knees or said glutes! πŸ˜„

No, routine compiled for me by trainer at the gym.
