Goals for 2018

I'm not going to commit! I'm just toying with ideas at the moment. Having run over 1200k this year and thereby achieving way more than I expected (it was about 50% more than my first year) I need to think of a few more challenges.

Potential options:

Run a race (not done one yet. But don't know if I really want to!)

Concentrate on improving my speed (i.e. do a training plan).

Run at least one HM per quarter.

Continue to aim for 100k a month.

Take every opportunity to run in different places (that will happen anyway! I love it!)

Squats and strength training (sigh).

Join a running club (but they're all too serious and fast round here - their gentle trots are my top speeds!)

There must be something in there I can commit to!
