Week 3 complete

Finished week 3 doing my local park run. Great way to start the day 😊

Not the easiest as lots of big puddles on the path meant running on grass which turned to mud after 4 laps. Also very warm and had to stop to take a layer off!

Loved it and happy to be running with the other 400+.

Good going! Nice time. I was out today and it was hot! I was a throbbing beetroot by the end of my run
