Completed my last run of 2017 this morning, tomorrow being a rest day. Doggedly completed the 7.47 km course without much joy mainly due to the MapMyRun app not working very well. The run itself was harder than it should have been, just one of those runs I guess.

Mind you a year ago if you would have said I would be running regularly I would’ve laughed you out of the room so on the whole I’m still very pleased with the progress. Roll on 2018!
