Somehow it would seem wrong to 'Like' your post. Hopefully it's something very temporary and you'll be back running soon.

I hope so... it's the only thing that keeps me sane at the moment so I hate not running 🙁😭

You might loosen up during the course of the day if you keep moving I am usually stiff as a board in the morning 🙂

The sun is coming out 😃☀️

I am trying to keep mobile but it eases then I move again and the pain is back and takes my breath away... guess we will see... don't help when the kids want to beat me up 😭

Heating pad? Ice pack? Warm bath? w/ Epsom salts?

Tried heat, tried ice and had a hot bath and it's agony to even move my arm and my arms are a large part of my running... if I turn my head it hurts too x

I know... I feel like I am fully in my mojo but so dosed up on painkillers and struggling to stay awake I will have to miss this one x

That's really annoying, I hope you feel fit enough to run soon

It's so annoying... I have been taking painkillers and now want to sleep as they make me so drowsy 😴😴😴

Sounds like you should speak to a medic if things don’t resolve in the next couple of days. I feel your frustration but the running will wait until you are fit again. All the best, H

Yeah I am giving it till tomorrow and seeing how it is- can't cope over new year if I'm in this much pain x

Oh no, I hope things are a bit better now?? I'd get down to a walk in centre/minor injuries unit if not, sounds too painful to cope with. I, too, have had to delay my 8km due to a twingey left leg. Mind you, the weather this morning is filthy so maybe it's a good thing. But it sucks missing a run. Hope you get things sorted quickly.

Got stronger pain stuff from a doctor so will see what happens... he said just be sensible with exercise and take it easy x

Maybe a few days rest (easier said than done with kids though!) and the painkillers will allow it to sort itself out. Good excuse to put your feet up and watch Christmas movies! :)

Sorry to hear this Teri, hope the pain eases soon. Keep taking the anti-inflammatories, and follow your docs advice re exercise.

Running will wait.x
