I won’t lie. That was bloody hard but I stuck with it and pushed through those horrible gremlins. Need to rest up now as that hurt but mentally I feel great!

Thanks Millsie I will be taking a few days rest for sure! Somethings bound to hurt tomorrow but hopefully I stretched off properly this time afterwards.

LOL, thanks Ju ju. the t shirt was hilarious. But at least there were a good few of us wearing them so didn’t feel too stupid.

My bad. It was 48.20. My Fitbit lied. My buddy who was running with me had all the proper gear and gently corrected me this morning. 😂

Verdict is I have bronchitis. Lovely. That’ll stop me running for a few days. 😭 Doc was amazed that I even ran at all yesterday but I didn’t feel too bad then.

Sorry to hear this. Take it easy though, don't push yourself until you're better. Bronchitis can linger if you don't let your body fight it off properly.

Grazie Helene! I’m going to take a few days rest now and see if it improves enough. Maybe just do weights or core at the gym instead. Shame as I was just starting to make real progress with my run yesterday.
