Thanks did think about taking running gear but decided that resting foot was maybe best. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

A well timed holiday of ever there was one. Have fun, relax and hopefully your toe will be ready to go again when you return.

Hopefully it will feel better by then 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Take stock too of how far you have come. You've done really well. You can do some stretching and strength exercises just to tick over. Enjoy your holiday and when you get back you'll be revved up to carry on.

Good plan. There's no rush is there and post holiday you'll hopefully be refreshed and raring to go. Have a good break.

You’ve made great progress and you can afford a well earned rest. Sometimes we just need to make the decision, once that’s done it’s plain sailing. Enjoy your holiday, rest your toe, don’t put yourself under any pressure and pick up where you left off on your return.
