Managed to finish week 7 but toe still sore so not running for a few days I think. Got bruising at base of toe and painful to bend it. Have managed to run for 60 minutes so jujus plan has worked it’s Magic for me hopefully will complete week 8 following my holiday in 10 days time. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🙏🙏🙏

A well timed holiday of ever there was one. Have fun, relax and hopefully your toe will be ready to go again when you return.
Take stock too of how far you have come. You've done really well. You can do some stretching and strength exercises just to tick over. Enjoy your holiday and when you get back you'll be revved up to carry on.
Good plan. There's no rush is there and post holiday you'll hopefully be refreshed and raring to go. Have a good break.
