Hello there,

What training plan should I need to complete to claim graduate 10 badge?

You don't have to do a training plan, you could do your own thing and when you run 10K you can ask for your badge here.

Alternatively, ju-ju- is just about to start a new 10K training programme which is perfect timing for you! Just ask for your name to be added.

Yes, like IP says, most people claim 10K badge after completing a 10km race. But now JJ's organising the 10km running program, completing that would be sufficient.

Just run 10k.. doesn't have to be a race.. or running programme but it helps..

That all depends on how much running you have done since you graduated from C25K:)
