Please feel free to share your runs here and chat about how it's all going,

Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If youre a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy week,

Juju, Realfoodieclub and Oldfloss

Hi

I have been an observer, well lurker really, here for some time but feel the need to share...

Last week has been a week of great achievement for me. I not only ran my first full 10K run (yay!) but also ran a park run in 29.57! (Double yay!) and it’s in no small part thanks to c25k for starting it all off. Feeling very proud of myself😊

I'm grumpy because I'm sick and can't run and my husband has very inconveniently gone off on a four day work trip which means even more work and less energy. Kids must still be fed and prevented from murdering each other, after all. I've had this on and on dragging cough since a triumphant 5k run on Sunday. Now it's WEDNESDAY and no prospect of a run in sight. Also it's snowing...

It’s true that Life has a stinking habit of getting in the way of our running plans...most inconvenient! Wish you better.

I really do hope you feel better soon. How frustrating! And how rude that hubby went away and left you in your hour of need! Keep resting up. The running will still be there when you feel better.

I'm trying to run long enough distances at a quick enough pace with about 400 ft elevation to safely join my local club run on a Wednesday night. But they're quick, run 5 miles and go up big hills. I feel like I'm almost ready to tag along, but then they go and log an amazing run and I have to go away and practise a bit more. One day....!!!
