A confession....I missed 2 days due to our trip to Stirling for my Supernova run! BUT have just completed day 2 AND 3 this evening, well at midnight to be exact! I am seeing some improvement and beginning to get into a habit of doing some core which is a major step forward. Huge thank you Realfoodieclub
