Yay, got my little grey bar after my name saying 'graduate 10'! I wasn't sure I was ever going to get that far, & now it seems like such a comfortable distance to run... What's next then, distance or speed??? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Very well done :) How great that it feels 'comfortable'. Keep us posted with your progress.

Thank you & I know! I was even chatting all the way round the Beachy Head 10k haha! Yet yesterday I went out for a 35 min run with my toddler in her jogger buggy & found it much tougher! Cold air I reckon...

That is the question! I'm toying with entering our local Half Marathon next March, but also think I want to work on my speed & cross-train a bit... Who'd have thought I'd be saying these things earlier in the year when I was embarking on my couch to 5k programme! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes Iโ€™m in the same boat, now training towards an HM, mostly to keep structure over the coming winter months. You have a lot of options open to you now!

Good for you! Yes I'm keen to keep running but need to think about winter modifications now - I had to run with a light sweatshirt & a hat on the other day for the first time!

I know what you mean. Getting ready to head out now to a 10k race in Hamilton and have 2 layer tops and bottoms on. Will likely need the hat too ๐Ÿ˜€

Congratulations ! Sunny mummy well deserved.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ“10

Whoop whoop congratulations ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽˆ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆIt's a great distance.

I'd suggest you consolidate for a while and get used to running 10K then you can consider what you want to do. What about entering a race?

I've Just done the Beachy Head 10k, which is what I was waiting for before saying I was a graduate even though I'd technically already run 10k a couple of weeks before it lol. Think I will focus on a few 'maintenance' runs then see what comes next... ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ˜‰
