Achieved my first 10km run today in 70 mins, post C25K and a lot of consolidation runs !! Still doesn’t feel real to be saying I ran 10km !!

Well done Ant50! 10k is a great achievement but I think the greater one is that you were able to run non-stop for 70 minutes. Now that is an ACHIEVEMENT 😉👍🙏🙏

Thanks. The 70 mins is something I can’t quite believe especially not when less than a year ago those 60 second runs in week 1 of C25K seemed to go on forever and ever...!

Thanks, it was a bit quicker than I was expecting with an average pace of 7:02 a km, which is absolutely fine for me !!
