Yippee ! Out for a run this morning and only gone and managed to knock off 3mins on my 3 mile run,so I'm a happy lass! ππ
So for me that's a PB. Now I just need to see if I can start knocking off the minutes on my 6 mile runs which currently stands at 91mins so I would like to see what I can do there.π€
Hummm! me thinks π€I'm becoming obsessed with all of this running malarkey ! hee!hee!
That looks a lovely gps watch. What is the model and how are you finding it? I have the itch to buy one and am stsrting resesrching what might be bedt for me π―π―
My Garmin is the forerunner 25. I've had it for a few months now and I love it. It was a gift from hubby !
It's never let me down.It tracks distance, pace, calories, steps. Also you can track laps when changing from Km's to miles.
You can also use it indoors when on treadmill .You just switch to indoor use and the gps ( at a push of the purple button ) switches over to indoor use.
The only thing it does not do is track your heart rate.
It really depends on what you are looking for. But I highly recommend this.
The price is over Β£100 but if that's what you want it's well worth it.
I would defiantly recommend the research first. You really only want to pay for one product and also get the right one once.
Nice job! That's a great improvement, have you been working on your pace a lot recently? Sounds like your running is going well.

Thanks so much runfasterdoyle!
Well I've changed from km to miles, for me that helps it doesn't seem so far to go ha!.Did some interval training, and some stamina, speed podcasts but not many times.
Also have changed music running to Jean Michelle jarred Concerts in China which has some fast tracks and when listening to them I just seem to forget about the effort of running and just go.Also finding flatter places to run some days have helped a lot .
Perhaps I'm getting fitter after all and something has just clicked! Hee!
Happy running! ππ

Thanks so much ! Razouski. Yes my husband said the same thing to me! ha! We were talking one morning whilst having tea in bed and he cycles and I of course run so we were comparing . I mentioned about my times etc. and the word obsessed raised its head hee! hee!
Tit for tat I say as I had said exactly the same thing sometime back ha! ππ
Anyway it sound as if you are really coming along with your running and have got it sussed.Well done you.
Varying the runs is a great idea,it stops you getting bored with the same route sometimes. I love finding new places to especially when they are flat as where I live is out in the sticks ,inclines and hilly and lots of cowsπ±π hee! hee!
30-50mins 3xweek is fantastic! You are doing great !ππ
Happy running and keep posting your progress ππ
