Well done, that's a great run. What is your secret? I am trying to get up to 16k, having done just over 11k so far.

Don't think I have a secret really. I do have four or five different routes from my home that I can reverse and make into eight or ten routes 😋 I always have a push on a Sunday then two runs during the week of 4-6km ... I focus on my surroundings and think 'ooooh that is a lovely view... maybe I should take the little one up there?' ... finding I'm rarely out of breath and actually think I could have kept going.but tomorrow may be a different story lol
