My furthest run

I set out before the sun fully came out on this mild, dry morning. Kept a nice easy pace and managed just short of 7k in 50 minutes. I’m quite chuffed with that! That’s the furthest I’ve run since starting this program so I’m pretty proud of myself to be honest 😆

I also had the pleasure of seeing the sun rise with no-one else about. What a day!

Happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️

We are so lucky because of the things we see on our runs sometimes 🙂 That sounds just lovely, well done on your longest run 💪
