New graduate!!

Hi everyone - have just joined this group having graduated from C25K yesterday! I've signed up for a 10K in April so will be working towards that very slowly.

I'm wondering whether to move on from my 5K runs to the 10K podcasts straight away or stick at 5K for now and built some more fitness - thoughts?

running love xx

You can run on and build fitness as you go. Cross training would be useful on your non run days

You could follow on with the amazing Stepping Stones podcasts! 🏃‍♀️💪✔️👍Efore embarking on the bridge to 10k

Congratulations on your graduation 🙂 and welcome.

Definitely consolidate and just get into the habit of running regularly. You have plenty of time to build up to 10K and you want to build strong running legs in preparation. As misswobble says, you can do the podcasts to keep you on your toes!

Hi there... consolidate those 30 minute runs... try different routes and distances too:)

There is plenty of time to enjoy run without pressure and to continue building up your running legs, stamina and strength...:)

After a couple of weeks the C25K+ podcasts are a great start!

Thanks Oldfloss - will stick with the 5K for a couple of weeks (park run here we go!) and then move on :)
