Second run back from my chest infection and even though I started out aiming for a 5k in a slow steady time I ended up getting a new PB of 32 mins!
I felt so good after I did a much slower 1.1k in 8.5 mins to cool down.
Happy days - going to do 1 more 5k this week but actually slowly before building up my distance for a 10k.
