Not sure how I got here and have no ambitions for 10k. I want to get to 5k first which I did not on C25k. Am I still welcome here?!

Of course you are. Welcome and well done on your graduation. Aiming for 5K is a great goal. As with the programme, slow and steady is the way to go. Running regularly and getting this fixed as a habit is a great focus after graduation.
Keep posting here and let us know how you're getting on.

Of course....Welcome! I 'follow' the Marathon Running forum but have NO intention to run a marathon!! it is nice to keep up with folk and see how they are doing, and get inspiration. Best of luck to you
That's how I originally joined. Was interested in consolidating 5k post c25k and maybe some of the higher numbers maybe 6, 7 but certainly not 10. Except 10k did happen eventually of course... But feel free to keep telling us 5k is all you're after Welcome
Welcome and hello!
Getting to 5 k and then consolidating is a great next step! There is much experience and knowledge we can call on from this forum to help us in each of our journeys. Enjoy!

I don't know how I got here either. But, just after I arrived I had a good 5 km run and next thing I knew I'd signed up for my local 10 km race! It's all still a bit of a blur
