MapMyFitness really does have oddly timed runs π€£
Gorgeous morning down by the river, very soggy from the knees down though, due to the grass being so tall. Virtually no-one around when we set out and only a handful by the time we were finishing, which made for a very pleasant run. I was listening to an audio book, like I do when on a long run, but I did manage to concentrate on my breathing as well. Knee is twinging a bit now, but I didn't really feel it while I was running, which is good. I am assuming it's good anyway π

For once the picture actually came out as blue as it looked to me Remembering to breath properly when I'm doing an interval run definitely goes out the window! π
The knee has been pretty good today. Even though I spent over an hour crawling round my bedroom floor this afternoon scrubbing paint splashes off the flooring (not carpet, I hasten to add).
Just debating whether to do my scheduled run tomorrow or rest up until Saturday ready for Parkrun with the grandsprockets.
Scheduled run 12 minutes running "as fast as you can" sandwiched between two 10 minute slow sections. So it's not so much long as hard on the knees. I might just walk the dog and do some Really Brisk walk sections.
