MapMyFitness really does have oddly timed runs 🤣
Gorgeous morning down by the river, very soggy from the knees down though, due to the grass being so tall. Virtually no-one around when we set out and only a handful by the time we were finishing, which made for a very pleasant run. I was listening to an audio book, like I do when on a long run, but I did manage to concentrate on my breathing as well. Knee is twinging a bit now, but I didn't really feel it while I was running, which is good. I am assuming it's good anyway 🙂
