I know that's Laura's mantra and I should accept it but after managing 7 and 8k last week why does it feel so rubbish to only manage 5k today? Not even at a better pace. 😦

Just chill. It will get better the more practice you get 🙂
Laura also said that some runs are better than others and that there may be no rhyme or reason for it

Some days are just like that. But it's all distance covered, and it all helps to build your fitness. so shrug it off and look forward to the next good one
