If for nothing else? I am pleased with this run because I actually counted the run, jog section correctly. Yes, that's right folks, I can actually count to 4 ๐
Went to the turf paths on the hill - so very slight undulations, but definitely softer under foot. Knee only hurt a little bit on the fast sections, so I'm counting that as a win. Will definitely rest it some more before heading out on what should have been a graduation run, but will now be a gentle 20-30 minutes instead. I still have plenty of time to get to10K by (or on) my birthday.
