It was a terrible time - the first 5k was longer than the first time I ran 5k (!) but there were a lot more hills and a lot more wind and I can touch 10k. After which I'm going back and building to to consistently running three times a week again.

Well done to you polly. Five miles is a long way to run however you look at it.
Cool. Looking for something to read after I finish Slade House (David Mitchell - he wrote The Bone Clocks, which I thought was wonderful [if you like dystopian future stuff, and I''m not usually a big fan]).
