Thank you Nowster, your PBS are fantastic and I imagine very re-achievable! Not sure Iβll ever pull something off as fast again! Looking forward to catching you up on the 10k distance π
10km is just another 15 minutes or so. Pace yourself, start off slow, and you will achieve it. It's not that much different to running 8km. The first time you extend to a particular distance you will definitely feel stretched afterwards. The second time you do that distance, less so.
Chocolate cake is a great motivator. Fantastic stats. Ease up on your next 2 runs and you will be flying again next Saturday. Sub 30 5k is always great. Sub 40 for me would be dreamland!
I tried to do a 30 minute 5k on the treadmill before Christmas and it was horrific so know that feeling! However your times are so great! Iβm not sure that yesterday is a repeatable experience!
What amazing runs with all the PBs ππ»πͺπ Iβm the same as Regitt, Iβve also said bye bye to sub 30min for 5k. Ran it in 32mins 32 and nearly killed myself too!
