I can still do it!

Haven't run a 10k for a few weeks as I was introducing 4 runs a week so was doing shorter runs. Began to wonder if I still could do a 10k so decided "today is the day"! Not too bad at all, so I am still in the game. Have managed 25 km this week. Wonder what I could try next? Hoping to run more in the countryside now the light mornings and nights are here

Well done for doing 4 runs a week. Lately i've only managed 2, dismal! But one has been a long one so not too bad. Glad you've still got it JoolieB1 :)

It's good to know you can still do it, isn't it? Funnily enough I had the same feeling and went out for a 10km today too 😊
