Jarred back still a pain the .....

It is so frustrating. I jarred my left lower back and ankle a good few weeks ago now and duly popped pills for pain and stiffness. A small fracture would only be seen on mri and treatment no different to soft tissue injury so GP didn't bother to scan. I took 10 days out then have run once a week at 8 or 9k for these last two weeks. It is still so achey. I have some stretches and exercises to do too. I plan to run twice this week on maybe shorter 5k runs as it doesn't hurt when I run. I am so frustrated with this injury as it was such a silly fall off the kerb that seems to be hanging around, about 4 weeks now. Boohoo, sorry for the whinging post but the weather is better and I should be feeling the joys of spring yet I feel like a pensioner.
