So, after wimping out yesterday because of the strong winds, I got to do my first ever coastal path run today. It was absolutely beautiful.
Lots of short walking breaks to negotiate steep slippery rocky steps but otherwise just lovely.
For anyone who knows the area I ran from Elie to St Monans to Pittenweem to Anstruther. 10k-ish. I recommend it.
Grateful to Him Indoors for coming to Anstruther to pick me up so I didn't have to run back again.
