Yesterday's parkrun was like this but we had lots of fresh tall frosted grass to crunch too. I kept aiming for bits that were untrodden yet to get max crunch. First time running on frost, it was fun

Lovely! I don't like a really hard frost on a muddy path, hard on the ankles but the crunch... one of the best!
