This is me on the right with my daughter in law to be just after we'd run the race for life 5k pretty muddy at Dunstable downs on Saturday We did it in 45 minutes. I was very muddy I went in the shower fully clothed to wash some of the mud off. Then they went in the washing machine with my trainers.
