Hi all,

Just wanted to share this with you, I'm on day 13 now, and have to say it's brilliant! I've knocked about 25 seconds of my pace (ok from a low base, but I'm chuffed)

Anyone else here doing it?

Thanks for the update CG, I am going to have a go at this probably next month👍🏼🏃🏼‍♀️

I am doing this and I am currently on day 10. Finding that my ankle is twinging with the half splits (like lunges really). Not sure if it has helped my running yet at I have had a head cold for 6 days and running 5-6k is hard work with little energy. I hope it will improve my running by strengthening and stretching myself.

Oh I have a head cold too! They said we should cut back a bit on running on this cycle, it's very hard but will pay back dividends. Keep me posted xx

Ah didn't know we were to cut back on the running. I have done a 5k and a 6k this week but have no energy for a short run today. May need extra rest time. I have still managed the exercises. My goodness mountain climbing was a killer lol.

I can't remember who said that, it wasn't James, cut yourself some slack were the words used. I've finished that cycle now, the next one seems easier.
